    Our apartments are spacious

We are not an assisted living facility, but we have 24 security people to assist you 24 hours a day. Should an emergency occur, each room is equipped with a call cord. If daily or more regular care is required beyond what your family can provide, we can recommend several qualified home health care and visiting nurse organizations to consider.

NEW! NEW! NEW! Check out our newly remodeled dining room, community room, lounges, billiards room, and common areas! In 2016, a nearly $1 million project was completed to make Sarah Harding even more welcoming and useful for our residents.

We are lifting the bar for Our residents by providing for Senior’s needs.

Enjoy life without the burdens of lawn care, house cleaning, food shopping and prep, clean-up, and safety concerns. We offer living choices that fit your needs and budget in senior apartments. Right size your living to better fit your current lifestyle, health needs, and space requirements. You’ll love the view and all the natural light that floods the room. Imagine a third-, fourth-, or fifth-floor apartment looking out over the trees, traffic, and 4th of July fireworks.

Sarah Harding is a 504C—Choose a nonprofit senior care community like Sarah Harding because we:

  • Are service driven and do not consider return to our investors or a profit-motive behind our pricing.
  • Re-invest proceeds into more and better services.
  • Are led by a staff who measure success by the residents’ satisfaction level.
  • Have a volunteer Board of Directors (serves without compensation) to ensure we continue being an employer and senior community of choice.

But, you don’t have to take our word for it – here is what our residents say.

"The staff's cheerful remarks at breakfast time get all of us into a happy start. The cooks in the kitchen are wonderful. I appreciate their efforts when I entertain my Bridge Club. A delicious dessert is delivered to my room."

"I was initially concerned about downsizing so dramatically from my house to an apartment. Then I realized it was something I wanted to do for my family eventually anyway. Why not do it now and save them lots of hassle?"

"Where would I live that I could have a spunky maintenance man change a light bulb on request or do other odd jobs including hanging my pictures and mementos?"
